Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

Acceptance of terms

By using Warmtro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Warmtro does

Warmtro is a tool that helps you request warm introductions from people in your network. You provide contact details and an email draft; Warmtro sends that request to your connector on your behalf via your Gmail account. The connector receives a link that opens a pre-filled email in their email client, which they can send at their discretion.

Your responsibilities

Gmail access

Warmtro uses Google OAuth to send emails on your behalf. By signing in with Google, you authorize Warmtro to send one email per session to the connector you specify. You can revoke this access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

No warranty

Warmtro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, error-free, or that emails will be delivered successfully. Email delivery depends on third-party services outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warmtro and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to undelivered emails, miscommunications, or actions taken by connectors or third parties.

Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
