What we collect

When you sign in with Google, Warmtro receives your name and email address from your Google account. We use your email address to send introduction request emails on your behalf and to CC you on introduction emails sent by your connectors.

We do not store your emails, read your inbox, or access any Gmail data beyond what is needed to send a single email per session.

How we use your data

Your name is used to personalize the emails sent through Warmtro
Your email address is used as the sender and CC address for introduction emails
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties

Gmail access

Warmtro requests permission to send email on your behalf via the Gmail API (gmail.send scope). This permission is used solely to deliver the introduction request email you compose in the app. We do not read, store, or index your emails or any other Gmail data.

Data retention

We do not store your Google account data after your session ends. No emails or personal information are retained on our servers.

Third-party services

Google OAuth — for sign-in and Gmail send access
is.gd — for URL shortening (the landing page link passed to connectors)
Tiiny.host — for hosting the connector landing page
